My BEST tip for Humid environments is to Avoid flat irons!!!!!!!!

Try wearing your hair more natural. 

Don't ADD more heat! 

Heat damages hair, and causes follicles to be dry and brittle.

Let your hair air dry and set with hair curlers, in place of blow dryers and straighteners.

Throw it UP! (lol)

When all else fails, wear your hair in a ponytail or bun.

While BB cream was manufactured primarily as a skincare product, CC cream was developed to retain all of the skincare benefits of BB cream with added nourishing ingredients and the aim to provide more effective skin coverage. CC cream is the newest miracle beauty product available in a limited market, and was formulated with technology originating in Japan and further developed in Korea. So... I often get asked the LOADED question....

What do you use on your skin???

Often when I discuss my kids, I get funny looks from people...

I then always follow up with, "I'm in my late 30's, born in the mid 70's!"

Many have replied with, "I thought you were in your early 20's!

Listen, I'm not saying I think I look that way... 

but, I have been using good skin care FOREVER!

I used Prescriptives ENTIRE skin care line until 2003...

After that I used only Prescriptives Super Line Preventor, and tried every line under the sun!

I was on a MEGA search for THE BEST EYE CREAM for the longest time, until last year!

I tried everything from Cle De Peau Beaute, La Prarie, Dr. brands, Oil of Olay...  I went through expensive and Drug Store brands... 

NOTHING!

Then I found SK2

So, back to the loaded question...

What do I use on my skin?

Here is the list!

Eye makeup remover: Lancome Bifacil is my fav. but I switch around!

Makeup remover wipes, Love and use the new Skinny Girl towelettes for the moment, but I also like CVS Brand, and Neutrogena.

I wash my face with SK2 Facial treatment cleanser (& some days I use Seba Med liquid face and body wash, if I wash my face in the shower)

Toner: Clarins Chamomile toning lotion

Then...  The secret of my skincare! SK2 ESSENCE!!!!!!!

A water looking liquid pressed into my skin!

Serum (This varies GREATLY depending on my skins needs) 

Face cream: Seba Med moisturizing face cream (sensitive skin) I use day and night

eye cream: SK2

Neck cream: Clarins, Advanced Extra firming Neck Cream (at night when I sleep)

Exfoliator: Borghese Exfoliator

Mask: Borghese Brightening Mud mask

Hand Cream: Clarins Age-Control Hand lotion with SPF 15

Teeth whitening: Crest 3D White Strips

Getting Dirty in the bath-tub

So my 5 year old loved going to Malibu Beach Long Island, but her hair...

Not So Much!!!

Her curls felt, and looked like Seaweed!

How much fun is it for a 5 year old to be dreanched in MUD???!

She loved it!!!!....

To remove all her salty tangles... I added more and more mud, and worked the hair with my fingers!  No tears, no yelling, no combing!

When we rinsed it out her bath turned into a huge mud puddle!

Making it THAT MUCH BETTER!

Her curls look amazing after air drying!

Throughout that time I have taught other artists and clients much to know about skin care and the application of makeup for numerous purposes!

I met, aspiring artist Danielle Lynch in 2008, at Capri institute.

Instantly, I saw something in her, an innate creativity!

She eagerly wanted to learn from me, at that time I was involved in projects for television, and film.  I was happy to take her "under my wing" so to speak...

The first projects we worked on together were mainly "my" photo shoots...

Next we were on a movie set in Indiana...

Her love for Special Effects became clear...

We had a lot of fun beating up poor Megan...  This is Danielle's Handy work...

and another movie....

We have now done countless projects together....
