Bye Bye Blonde

So... Ive Been Blonde for too long (if there is such a thing) lol

I had an inspiration to add more COLOR to my life...

And, I knew just who to call!

Theresa Acocella, My trusted colorist with Big enough "Ca hones" to take on the task!

"I want to look like a RED VELVET CUPCAKE..."

She said, "Awesome I'm excited, let's do it!"

So I drove to "BC Salon" in Morristown NJ

I don't care how far I have to go to get it done RIGHT!

Here we go.....

I put on a "robe"...

She mixed up a secret potion of colors!

And, the fun began.....

Too late to turn back now...

She is very serious right now...  :)

I was washed rinsed and blown DRY....

TOTAL TRANSFORMATION!!!!!

I went in with no makeup, so now I can "play"...

Oh the fun I am about to have! ;)))

Whenever you make a drastic hair color change,

with it comes drastic changes in makeup and even some of your wardrobe.

I own a lot of BLACK clothing, I'm in the clear...

I own every shade of shadow and blush as well, so I am good to go.

Be prepared for this if you make a change of your own...

"It's not easy being green"

Kermit's famous saying...

"It's not easy being green..."

Could not be further from the truth, this season!

Green is a new trend, at least in cosmetics!!!!

Green eyeshadow, lashes, manicures, and even lips are stepping out into mainstream.

I have seen magazines, blogs, and TV segments with the color either being worn, or being discussed!

This is my right foot, adorned with what I refer to as my "Green Lantern" , toe polish

This was accomplished at Sexy Nails, on Broadway, in Fair Lawn NJ...

This color is called Belmont Garden.

The green feather lashes from this photoshoot were bought at a Makeup show and are from Japan.

Love bright green lashes!

Worn alone as a feature or combined with other colors...

Green Makeup is a perfect accessory!

Pink and purples, with lime green as the accent color on the lid is beautiful...  This is my work on model, Danielle Martino.

Contains a bold lime green, sure to turn heads.

Midori is the green shadow in this quad, and it also comes as a single pressed shadow

Green on the eyes is not as odd as Green lips!

These lips were actually featured in our "Lip Service" segment.
